Application tips

  • Pick the semester that fits your project: Fall 2027 closes 1 December 2026, Spring 2028 closes 11 March 2027, and residencies cannot be deferred.
  • Make sure your referees upload their letters by the deadline — late reference letters are not the Foundation's problem to chase.
  • If a spouse or partner will accompany you, budget the $35 daily fee and note that children, pets (except service animals) and overnight guests cannot be accommodated.
  • Previous Bogliasco Fellows must wait five years before reapplying, and first-time applicants are preferred when rankings are equal.
