Minimum requirements
Women aged 25+, nationals of MMEG-eligible developing countries, already enrolled (not merely admitted) at a university in the US/Canada (or the France programme, in French), with financial need and a commitment to women and children. Plan to return home within 2 years plus 2 years' service (per one guide).

- Confirm the programme: US-Canada (15 September–15 January), France (15 October–15 January, in French), or Trinity Washington University (15 September–15 January)
- Be a woman aged 25+ and a national of an MMEG-eligible developing country, already enrolled (not merely admitted) at a university in the US/Canada (or the France programme, in French)
- Demonstrate financial need and a commitment to women and children
- Plan to return home within 2 years plus 2 years' service (per one guide)
- Submit before 15 January 2027
Application tips
- Apply only if already enrolled: MMEG requires enrolment, not mere admission, at the time of application.
- Check the programme route: US-Canada, France (in French) and Trinity share the 15 January closing date, but the France route is conducted in French.
- Exclude the closed tracks: South Africa (up to USD 8,000, closed 14 September 2026) and Latin America/Caribbean (closed 30 September 2026) are not included in this entry.
