Overseas-fee students holding a conditional or unconditional offer by 1 July 2027 for a full-time undergraduate course starting September 2027 on campus, from a country on the official eligible-country list. Maximum one award. Excluded: Hull York Medical School, Pathway College, distance/online, part-time, partnership/exchange, non-Year-1 entrants.
