About this scholarship

Minimum requirements
Primarily non-EU international students and doctoral candidates at German universities. Excludes human medicine, dentistry state-examination, medical specialisation, postdoctoral projects, and programmes below the minimum funding duration. Enrolment, re-registration and exmatriculation fees are not covered.

- Exclude ineligible routes before applying: KAS does not fund human medicine, dentistry state-examination, medical specialisation, postdoctoral projects, or programmes below the minimum funding duration.
- Ignore the secondary listing claiming 31 January 2027: it conflicts with the 15 July pattern and is not used here.
