Application tips
- Do not search for a fellowship application form: there is none. Nomination is decided by the Admission Office with the faculty Admission Boards.
- Treat 1 December 2026 as the gate and February admission as the condition; both must be met for consideration.
- Confirm the Appendix 1 country list on the official page before assuming eligibility, since it is a closed list of developing countries.
Always verify deadline, amount and eligibility on the official page before applying. Values marked ESTIMATE are based on a previous cycle and are not confirmed for the current round.
