Application checklist

  • Bachelor's degree diploma with NAWA/SYRENA recognition started early (up to 90–120 days warned)
  • B2 English evidence
  • 1 academic reference + 1 professional reference
  • Complete application in the NCU portal within 22 February – 7 March 2027
  • Confirm no prior Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters scholarship
  • Check official page for remaining documents

Application tips

  • Start NAWA/SYRENA diploma recognition immediately — the official page warns it can take 60–120 days, longer than the whole admission window
  • Aim to be fully documented well before 7 March: applications still 'holding for documents' at the deadline are excluded from scholarship consideration
  • Note the fee-waiver fallback: 18 places carry full tuition exemption without the stipend, so a strong application still has value even without a scholarship
  • Disregard the secondary claim of a 15 April 2027 deadline — the official pages state 7 March 2027
