Minimum requirements
Double degree Master's (TH Köln Natural Resources Management and Development plus UASLP Maestría en Ciencias Ambientales); 4 semesters: semesters 1-2 in San Luis Potosí, semester 3 in Cologne, semester 4 in Latin America; DAAD EPOS scholarships for developing-country applicants and SECIHTI (formerly CONACYT) scholarships for applicants from all countries; interviews in Spanish and English

- Apply by 31 January 2027 — the same deadline covers admission, DAAD-EPOS and SECIHTI scholarships and non-scholarship places
- Note the standing rule is 31 January of each year; the page's 2026/2027 window label (2-31 January 2026) is stale and was not used as the 2027 date
- Prepare for interviews in February-March in Spanish and English
- Confirm participation by 26 March if selected, and arrive in San Luis Potosí before the semester starts in the second week of August
