Minimum requirements
Fundamental biomedical research; postdoctoral experience no more than 12 months at the deadline (first postdoc position not before 1 February 2026); PhD conferred no more than 24 months before the deadline (not before 1 February 2025); MD no more than 3 years before the deadline; PhD candidates without the degree at the deadline are eligible if the degree is conferred before the start; commitment from a sponsoring laboratory and institution; 3 referee letters (not from the postdoctoral advisor); non-US citizens only for US sponsoring institutions; no more than one fellow per sponsor laboratory per year
