About this scholarship
A social-impact scholarship from the TSH Talent Foundation for TU/e master's students who are committed to positive change and may face barriers to study. It complements the Excellence scholarship with housing, mentoring and community rather than a tuition figure, and it is selected by TSH, not by TU/e.
Minimum requirements
Talented student committed to positive change who may face barriers, applying to an eligible TU/e master's programme (same eligible departments and programmes as W1-012). Administered by the TSH Talent Foundation; exact TSH criteria should be checked on the TSH pages linked from the TU/e page.
Application checklist
- Apply for an eligible TU/e master's programme (see W1-012 for the eligible list)
- Submit the Changemaker application by 1 January 2027, 23:59 CET
- Evidence commitment to positive change and any barriers faced, per TSH criteria
- Check official page and TSH pages for the exact Changemaker criteria and documents
Application tips
- Lead with change-making evidence, not just grades — this award selects on commitment to positive change and barriers faced.
- Remember TSH selects, not TU/e: direct Changemaker questions to TSH after selection, since TU/e has no further involvement.
- Do not assume tuition is covered: the fetched page states housing, mentoring and community, so clarify tuition funding separately.
- The same 1 January deadline covers both TU/e awards, so prepare Excellence and Changemaker materials together if applying for both.
Always verify deadline, amount and eligibility on the official page before applying. Values marked ESTIMATE are based on a previous cycle and are not confirmed for the current round.
