Application checklist
- Apply for the MSc Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics track at TU Delft
- Evidence a cumulative GPA of 80% or higher from a university outside the Netherlands
- Submit the scholarship application by 1 December 2026, 23:59 CET
- Check official page for the exact 2027-2029 eligibility wording and required documents
Application tips
- Check your track first: only the Microelectronics track of Electrical Engineering qualifies, not the whole degree.
- The 80% GPA threshold is a hard filter in the secondary reporting — do not apply if your converted GPA falls short without checking TU Delft's conversion first.
- Aim for an 80% average in year one if you want the second-year extension.
- Apply before 1 December — this deadline is shared with van Effen, so the two TU Delft applications compete for your time in November.
Always verify deadline, amount and eligibility on the official page before applying. Values marked ESTIMATE are based on a previous cycle and are not confirmed for the current round.
