Minimum requirements
Foreign nationals only (dual French citizens excluded); up to 29 years old for master's, up to 35 for PhD (guidance); nominated by a French higher education institution; master's applicants must not be studying in France in 2026-2027 and must not hold another French government or Erasmus+ scholarship.
