Minimum requirements
National of a partner country only (residence in a partner country alone is not enough); adult by the start of studies and aged 18 by 31 August 2027 (with exceptions); dual application: online Tempus portal AND nomination by your country's Sending Partner, whose own deadline may be earlier.
